Getting to the house... read more was a little daunting as the road is narrow once you’re off the main road but that’s not uncommon for the area and the view was worth it. Angela provided lots of great information about things to do and local restaurants which was really helpful as we hadn’t researched much ahead of our trip. Our stay was amazing and we’re already talking about making this an annual trip!

  The home had some issues. We had a plumbing blockage and overflow issue one morning resulting in no one being able to use the bathroom on Saturday for several hours... read more due to a clog in the plumbing line. That was inconvenient. Angela did get someone out there as well as coming up and mopping up water from both lower level bathrooms. We tried to use the TV downstairs but none of the remotes worked for that TV. The lower level fireplace was a little tricky to turn on. Angela was able to address.
The home overall was comfortable. Lots of games and two nice gathering areas were a plus. It was too cold to spend time on the porches, several folks enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. We had some pretty big winds and some of the outside firepit chairs blew into the woods and were damaged. I think they need some more substantial chairs.

  Incredible house that was the perfect backdrop for a 15 year friends reunion. Great amenities and value. Super responsive host. Would recommend to all.
